Product or service reviewed: All of my HVAC needs!
Dan is the man! He jumps to help me anytime I need even though he didn't originally install my units (I have one in yh attic that I cannot even access). I have had a few issues since I purchased 3 years ago, some worse than others. I text Dan, he shows up so fast and gets things fixed. I recommend him to anyone I know and when I see someone needs work on a social media post. Thanks for the great service!

Product or service reviewed: New Carrier Infinity HVAC system. 4 TON A/C, 4 TON furnace.
My nephew recommended Air Dynamics and Dan Bresler whenever I needed HVAC service. Well two weeks later, my 17 1/2 year air conditioner died a sudden and ugly death. Though I had another HVAC company diagnose the issue on a Saturday, I knew it was time. I was just going to call the first company but decided to take my nephew's advice and call Air Dynamics. Dan showed up later that same day which was the following Monday. He looked over the situation and we discussed solutions. I had things I was looking for in the replacement and he listened and made perfect suggestions as to which direction to go. The following morning I had a quote in my email. This man couldn't be more personable, at ease and relaxed. NO PRESSURE SALES HERE! Just explained the issue and presented his proposed fix after listening to my wants and desires. Though I had a slightly lower quote from the competitor, I chose Air Dynamics because of Dan. Things moved quickly. Thursday, I had my new Carrier Infinity system installed and running at top efficiency. The installation crew was all business but great to talk to. They answered my questions completely. They put down drop cloths to protect carpeted stairs and flooring and they cleaned up thoroughly after the job. After sleeping four nights in heat and humidity, it was so fantastic. I cannot say enough about this company. Dan's wife, Melissa was wonderful in her communication with me, walking us through the process, the scheduling, and getting all the paperwork for the Ameren and Spire rebates. You are short changing yourself if you don't call Air Dynamics and Dan to discuss your HVAC needs. They can even take over the maintenance and service of your existing system. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the worst and 10 the best, it's a resounding 10!
